Shipping & Delivery Policy
At GlorifyHealth, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which will be visible at checkout.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after the order is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details of your order.
Delivery Timeline
- For Metro Cities: Delivery is completed within 2–4 business days.
- For Other Cities/Towns: Delivery is completed within 4–7 business days.
- For Remote Locations: Delivery may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on courier services.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather disruptions, or festive periods.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to most locations across India. In case your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, a tracking number and tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
You can also view your order status under My Orders in your GlorifyHealth account.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver the order at the provided shipping address.
If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Address Changes
Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is shipped.

Order Receipt Guidelines
Upon receiving the order:
- Please inspect the package for any visible signs of tampering or damage before accepting the delivery.
- It is recommended to record an unboxing video to assist with any return or replacement claims if needed.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or not received within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
