Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by GlorifyHealth

GlorifyHealth reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its sole discretion due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:

  • Limited stock availability
  • Inaccuracies in product or pricing information
  • Operational constraints or unforeseen issues

In such events, the customer will be informed promptly, and any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method.

1.2 Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their entire order or specific items within an order, provided the items have not yet been shipped and billed. To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact GlorifyHealth as soon as possible using the contact information provided below.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers must provide valid bank details or opt for a credit to their GlorifyHealth Wallet.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

3.1 Return Window

GlorifyHealth offers a 7-Day Return/Replacement Policy from the date of product delivery.

3.2 Damaged or Missing Products

In case of damaged, tampered, or missing items, customers must:

  • Initiate a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images of the product and packaging via email or WhatsApp.
  • Allow 48 working hours for review and response.

If approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup, or request you to self-ship if unavailable in your location.
  • Upon inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund, as per product availability.

3.3 Important Advisory

We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery to support your claim.

4. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If an order is marked "Delivered" but not received:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery update.
  • We will assess the case and respond within 48 working hours. Resolution may take up to 7 working days.

5. Conditions for Return/Replacement

5.1 Eligible Conditions

Returns/replacements are accepted for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged or tampered product
  • Incomplete order (missing item)

5.2 Ineligible Conditions

Returns/replacements are not accepted if:

  • The product is used, opened, or altered
  • Original packaging is missing (carton, labels, tags, etc.)
